Julie Montagu is one of London’s top yoga and nutrition teachers. She was recently named one of the Top 10 Holistic Health Icons in the world.
Julie Montagu is a television presenter and yoga teacher. Her most recent series is ‘An American Aristocrat’s Guide to Great Estates’ which is currently playing on the Smithsonian Channel in the UK and shortly the US.
Julie is also one of London’s top yoga instructors, and teaches regular classes at Triyoga in Chelsea. According to Cosmopolitan: ‘Among London’s taut-buttocked set, the name Julie Montagu is talked about with the sort of reverence reserved for the Dalai Lama. Her Sunday class in SW3 gets so packed that she often teaches standing on a radiator.’
Julie is the founder of Whole Self Yoga, which provides 200-hour teacher training courses as well as short courses and retreats. She is also the author of four best-selling books: ‘Superfoods’, ‘Eat Real Food’, Superfoods Superfast’ and ‘Recharge: A Year of Self-Care to Focus on You’.
Julie is married with four children, and divides her time between London and Dorset, where she works with her husband Luke managing and developing Mapperton Estate.
