Open up your hearts (and your back) in this Vinyasa Mandala workshop.
Beginning with yin postures to open up the body slowly, we will then work into a Mandala Vinyasa sequence. Mandala Vinyasa moves 360 degrees around the mat, to help you see things from a different perspective. We will give specific focus to the Anahata (heart) chakra, opening up the chest and shoulders with plenty of backbends, arm balances and inversions. We will end with a long sivasana and yoga nidra to seal in the practice.
