I have been where you are. Busy, tired, and letting self-care slip away. Between being a wife, a mother (to four kids), and working, self-care just wasn’t a priority. I was exhausted and I knew I couldn’t manage like this forever. Once I started taking care of myself, everything changed. When I started prioritising small moments of self-care, my energy levels skyrocketed, and I felt strong, healthy and capable.
When you master the art of making self-care a priority you will not only be enhancing your physical health, but your mental health as well.
I have mastered these small moments of self-care and I know it’s possible for you too. This workshop is to help you keep your own health and happiness at the forefront of your mind and at the top of your to-do list throughout 2018.
We will start with a nurturing self-care yoga flow practice followed by tips, tricks, tools to making sure your self-care is a priority in 2018.
