Join Julie Montagu (YANG) and Natasha Kerry (YIN) for a whole day of BALANCE!

Fly High and Energise

Julie will kick-start your morning with her signature dynamic vinyasa flow practice. Be prepared to sweat a lot, breath a lot and move a lot! You will open, lengthen, strengthen, twist all with a smile and an energising playlist to match.

After the morning practice, Julie will share her tools to help you incorporate small moments of self-care into your daily life.

Julie’s upbeat energy is infectious and will have you flying high as you work and tone every muscle during your yoga practice and work your heart muscle during her talk.

Melt and Soften

In your afternoon session, Natasha will bring her Yin magic and the focus moves from the muscles to the deep tissue and fascia.

Natasha’s beautifully grounding presence will allow you to slip into Yoga bliss and she will share with you the best postures to gain greater range of motion and to support your joint heath.

Yin is a profound practice that opens up connective tissue and the fascial web of the body over time to create a deeper range of motion that makes Vinyasa (YANG) postures easier to attain and creates greater flexibility for other movement and sport.

The effect of Yin on the mind is incredible and Natasha will share tools and techniques to support your ability to relax and switch off.

By practicing Yin, Natasha has greatly improved her flexibility AND mental happiness and she can’t wait to share the juiciest techniques and passive long-held postures to unravel tension in the shoulders, hips, hamstrings and spine.

We will finish the day with Natasha’s Yoga Sleep Method, her signature style of Yoga Nidra, which is a practice of ‘sleep with awareness’, that allows you to release deep-rooted tensions and balance your nervous system.

You will leave feeling strong, open and calm and clear-headed for the rest of your weekend.

*There will be a one-hour lunch break from 12:30-1:30 either bring your own lunch or enjoy a lunch spot on the Thames. Everyone will receive amazing goodie bags filled with gorgeous brands to take away. Book early to avoid disappointment as spaces are limited.
